The FT-MB-2.18-REC is a fully recessed, body-mounted LED scene light engineered to deliver performance comparable to fixtures commonly marketed as 20,000 lumens—while maintaining a compact, integrated profile. Designed for demanding fire apparatus applications, it provides powerful, usable illumination without protruding from the vehicle body.

This 180-watt fixture is available with spot, flood, or combination optics and can be ordered in either a white or black housing to match apparatus design preferences.

Flexible Optic Configurations

Optic selection allows the FT-MB-2.18-REC to be tailored to specific mounting locations. Flood optics are ideal for rear apparatus applications requiring wide-area illumination, while combination optics provide enhanced forward reach for tasks such as address identification near the front of the vehicle.

Recessed Design with Lifetime Reliability

The fully recessed housing maintains a clean exterior appearance while protecting the fixture from impact and environmental exposure. Despite its recessed installation, the light retains post-installation adjustability and is guaranteed for the life of the apparatus.
