Product Overview

The AEROS 2 Flame Generator is a mid-size fire training system designed to deliver realistic live-fire simulations in a safe and controlled environment. It is intended for firefighter and emergency response training where repeatable flame behavior and instructor control are critical.

The system generates real flames up to approximately 5 ft high over a 5.38 ft² fire surface, allowing trainees to work with authentic fire behavior without the risks associated with uncontrolled open burning.

Flame Simulation & Fire Behavior

The AEROS 2 uses a water tray system that can hold up to 9 gallons of water, creating a realistic oil-slick fire effect that evenly distributes flames across the surface area. This design allows instructors to demonstrate flame spread and suppression techniques using real fire while maintaining consistent, repeatable conditions.

Control & Safety Features

The unit is equipped with a wired remote control, enabling instructors to ignite and extinguish the flames from a safe distance. An integrated solenoid valve provides automatic gas control, allowing for instant shut-off during training evolutions. These features support safe instructor oversight while maintaining realism during live-fire exercises.

Design & Portability

The AEROS 2 is compact and lightweight, making it easy to transport to training locations using a standard vehicle. Its base is designed to provide maximum ground contact, improving stability on softer surfaces such as grass or dirt. The water tray is designed for quick drainage, simplifying setup and teardown between training sessions.

Training Scenarios & Expandability

Optional training modules are available to simulate a wide variety of fire scenarios, including:
