The PYROS 3 Flame Generator is an advanced, full-size fire trainer designed to deliver powerful, realistic flames for comprehensive live-fire firefighting training. With its large burn surface and high flame output, PYROS 3 enables trainees to safely practice real fire behavior, extinguishment techniques, and emergency procedures under controlled conditions.

Realistic Flame Simulation & Fire Behavior

The water-filled tray produces an impressive oil-slick fire effect, distributing flames evenly across the entire fire surface. Flames can reach up to approximately 10 feet in height across a roughly 9 ft² surface area, providing high thermal radiation for realistic training scenarios.

Control & Safety Features

PYROS 3 includes both a wired and wireless remote control for ignition and flame extinguishing from a safe distance, allowing instructors and trainees to operate closer to the fire without sacrificing safety. The system is equipped with an integrated solenoid valve for automatic gas shutoff and an emergency stop button on the console for added protection.

Designed for Training & Portability

Built with stability and usability in mind, the PYROS 3 flame generator features a quick-drain water tray and engineered contact surface for secure placement on grass, dirt, or uneven terrain. Its size and weight make it suitable for transport by van or truck to training locations.

Console for Complete Fire Management

The integrated control console provides centralized management of gas supply, flame height, and pressure monitoring. It includes:
