What is the warranty on these systems? ▶
Warranty on the LiberatorMAX Industrial System is one year from the date of purchase. Please view our Warranty Guide for additional information.
Do your headsets require a base station? ▶
No base station or installation is required for the LiberatorMAX Industrial system. If radio integration is needed, options are available: • Portable radio integration: via a PRAC accessory cable • Mobile radio integration: via the LiberatorMAX Fire/Public Safety System
Do the headsets need syncing or pairing? ▶
No syncing or pairing is required. LiberatorMAX uses a channelized system with eight available channels/talk groups. Once a channel is selected, the headset will automatically remember that channel until physically changed.
Do these come in a single-ear option? ▶
LiberatorMAX is not available in a single-ear design. However, a vented cup version is available for environments requiring situational awareness. (Part #: CSB-992MAX Kit)
Do your headsets have cell phone capabilities? ▶
No. LiberatorMAX headsets do not support cell phone integration. The system was intentionally designed to remain simple, rugged, and focused on critical communications without unnecessary features.
What’s the range of the system? ▶
LiberatorMAX offers up to 1,500 feet (line of sight) communication range. Actual range may vary depending on obstructions and environmental conditions.
