What is the warranty on these systems? Warranty on the LiberatorMAX Fire Apparatus System is two years from date of purchase. Please view our Warranty Guide for additional information. ▶
Do the headsets need syncing or pairing? No syncing or pairing is required. LiberatorMAX operates as a channelized system with sixteen (16) available talk-groups. Once a channel is selected, the headset and/or master station will remember the channel until manually changed. ▶
Do these come in a single-ear option? LiberatorMAX does not come in a single-ear configuration; however, Setcom offers a vented cup version for environments where situational awareness is important. The vented models include: CSB-902MAX Kit — Radio Transmit Version CSB-905MAX Kit — Intercom-Only Version ▶
Do the headsets have cell phone capabilities? No. LiberatorMAX headsets do not integrate with cell phones. The system is intentionally designed to be simple, rugged, and mission-focused without unnecessary features that complicate operation. ▶
What’s the range of the system? LiberatorMAX provides up to 1,500 feet of reliable range with clear line-of-sight. Actual performance may vary depending on obstructions, structures, terrain, and operating environment. ▶
