- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll replace or fully refund at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable: Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, sanitary items (e.g., underwear, personal care), gift cards, and downloadable software.

Compartment Lights
The FireTech HD Strip Light is engineered to be the last compartment light you’ll ever need on your apparatus. Built with an extruded aluminum housing, surface-mount LEDs on an aluminum circuit board, and fully encapsulated with epoxy, this fixture is designed to prevent moisture and water intrusion in even the harshest conditions.
The HD Strip Light is built to withstand vibration, impact, spray, and constant exposure while mounted on, in, or under the apparatus—delivering reliable illumination wherever it’s installed.

Custom Color Configurations
The FT-CU-HDSTRIP can be custom manufactured in red, blue, green, or amber with a standard lead time of approximately 10 weeks. Colored configurations are custom-build items and are not stocked.

The upgraded HD Strip Light now offers expanded LED color options to add functionality and customization to new or existing apparatus builds. Available configurations include a red and white combination output or single-circuit red, blue, or green output.
