4″ × 6″ Heated LED Headlights
FireTech 4″ × 6″ Heated LED Headlights deliver the same proven optics and beam pattern as the standard FireTech headlight while adding enhanced performance for extreme environments. Designed for harsh weather conditions, these headlights ensure consistent visibility when ice, snow, and freezing temperatures threaten standard lighting performance.
Designed for Extreme Conditions
These headlights utilize a heated glass lens that is approximately seven times more thermally conductive than polycarbonate or other plastics. This allows heat from the internal heating element to transfer efficiently to the lens surface, enabling faster and more effective defrosting and de-icing.
The heating element is temperature activated, preventing unnecessary wear during warmer conditions and extending overall service life. A durable silver heating element is engineered to withstand repeated high-temperature cycles common in extreme operating environments.
Optimized Fireground Visibility
Like all FireTech LED Headlights, this model is a direct replacement for most stock 4″ × 6″ headlights found on today’s apparatus. The integrated elliptical beam fills the critical area between the front bumper and standard low-beam cutoff, providing usable illumination for tasks performed directly in front of the vehicle.
Each housing includes low beam, high beam, elliptical beam, and an integrated halo ring park lamp, delivering comprehensive forward lighting in a single fixture.
