Purpose & Function

The Oil Explosion Fire Training Module allows trainees to:

  • Observe and recognize the intensity and burn patterns of an oil explosion type fire

  • Practice extinguisher deployment and agent choice for high energy fire scenarios

  • Develop coordinated team responses for flammable liquid fire types

When correctly configured over a flame source using the required adapter, the module interacts with the flame generator to produce a consistent, repeatable fire scenario for training evolutions.

Required Installation Components

To operate correctly, this module requires:

  • Prop Adapter (model-specific adapter for the flame generator being used, sold separately)

  • LEADER Flame Generator (such as PYROS 3 or other compatible systems)

This module does not include the adapter or flame generator and must be used with them for proper operation.
